Margasoft Terms of Service

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." Margasoft disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Services.

Margasoft, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services, if any.
