Since our founding in 2005 by a small group of tech enthusiasts, we have focused on delivering high-quality solutions that solve complex business challenges. Even with limited experience in product management at the time, we were determined to be involved in every stage of our projects, learning by doing, refining our approach along the way, and adopting Agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
To expand our expertise, we studied industry leaders and best practices, gaining insights that allowed us to continuously improve our methods and deliver results that make a real impact.
Today, Margasoft is a professional services and software development studio with two complementary areas of focus – custom software solutions and proprietary innovations.

2005: Margasoft is Founded
Founded by a small team of tech enthusiasts, Margasoft began delivering software development and consulting solutions for Finance, Data, and Research teams within large and mid-sized enterprises.
2005-2009: Consulting Foundations
Provided software consulting and custom development services to large and medium-sized enterprises, building strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of complex business needs.
2009-2010: MICMA Development & Implementation
Developed and implemented MICMA, a highly customizable enterprise solution for centralized data management, adopted by Mentor Corp. and other legal organizations.
2012: Enterprise Scale & DataPlay Launch
Released MICMA 2.0 for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and launched DataPlay in partnership with Kantar, a reporting automation platform designed to streamline data analysis and presentation workflows.
2013-2017: DataPlay Growth
Expanded DataPlay across global organizations including Added Value Group (part of Kantar) and Synopsys Inc., and released the enhanced 'Chess' version for Kantar.
2014-Now: Long-Term Enterprise Partnerships
Delivered comprehensive custom software solutions for large organizations such as Kantar, Quitt, and J&J, combining consulting expertise with proprietary innovation.
2018: Recognizing a Broader Market Need

2022: Launch of Chartrics
Introduced Chartrics, a cloud-based platform connecting Excel and PowerPoint to automate the creation and updating of data-driven presentations.
