MICMA

MICMA is Margasoft web application designed to run on Microsoft .Net Framework. It contains two main modules: Main MICMA Framework and Data Adapter Layer (DAL). Existence of DAL allows MICMA application to be implemented on different types of legacy legal client/server application and offers many advantages in transitioning from client/server architecture to web-based n-tier application base. Currently MCIMA implemented to run parallel with legacy claims management system.

MICMA Architecture Overview

Following diagram displays MICMA architecture and how it can integrate with legacy claims management systems. Unique architecture requires no conversion or data mapping activities in the first phase of migration. Moreover, it does not require ANY downtime for conversion. In fact, MICMA is designed to co-exist with your legacy application so you can train your users as you go. The ability to run parallel offers complete flexibility for the customers to decide when to retire old legacy application. In fact we recommend using both applications in parallel for as long as all the features are verified and all the personnel are competent using new solution.
