Margasoft supports, enhances and maintains Closetware application for Closet World Inc. Closetware was originally designed with participation of Margasoft developers and that is why Margasoft was chosen by Closet World to provide support and software services to maintain and enhance the product. Services provided by Margasoft include design and implementation of new features, testing and defect fixing of existing functionality and production environment support with activities such as new installations, backup and recovery plan creation, data migrations and conversions, database maintenance and other.

Product Description

Closetware is complete software solution designed to automate the whole business process and paperwork of the customer. The system is a database application that manages contacts, leads, appointments, clients, contracts, purchase orders, invoices and even the delivery routes. It is an integrated system that is used by all the departments of the company starting from designers, support personnel, manufacturers and ending with executives running the business reports. Closetware is integrated with the fax server from where it retrieves the documents and by running bar code recognizer automatically forwards it to the appropriate department. It contains comprehensive dynamic privilege structure for managing user rights. Lightweight reporting tool was implemented for simplified report creation.
