Business Philosophy

Today, in the era where computers are used in every aspect of our lives, software has become an invaluable instrument for the companies to formalize their business processes, create control mechanisms, monitor the flow and do many other things to survive in the dynamic competitive market. It is almost impossible to imagine an organization not utilizing any kind of software in their everyday activities.

However, being beneficial, software in many cases can become a peculiar “trap”, where having all the data stored in specific database and having most of the personnel trained to utilize specific software, companies get stuck to the situation where their software provider has a direct and significant impact on the success of the company. That impact can be positive or negative depending on how quickly software providers can react to the new needs of their customers. Often some software providers try to maximize their profits by exercising their influence.

So, how companies can protect from this? We at Margasoft came up with an option that “materializes” our principle that in software industry customers and software providers are partners. We provide our customers an option to purchase all the sources and materials of the software product as a part of the service contract.

We believe in open competition and want to empower our customers with as many options as possible including the choice of supporting the software on their own. This philosophy attracts more customers and helps us to stay fit and competitive with the market. It is indeed reflects partnership nature of the relationship, where both parties have to suit each other in every moment along the course of relationship.
